Type: Renovation / repurposing of a historical warehouse building

Description:  This existing warehouse, built in the 50’s, was a combination of load-bearing brick walls, reinforced concrete columns and beams, and steel members.  The repurposed 40,000 sq. ft. office space includes a large atrium, an interior bridge, large skylights and exterior foldable screens.
